The houses

Email us with your dates, the number in your group and the house you are interested in, or use the enquiry form. We reply within 24 hours with a written quote. The quote is for the whole house, not per person, and there are no cleaning fees or other charges added later.

There are three kinds of stay, each quoted separately:

• Ryder Cup week is let as a fixed eight-night block, Saturday 11 to Sunday 19 September or Sunday 12 to Monday 20 September 2027. That is the same eight-night standard the official programme uses, and the Monday option lets you sleep after Sunday's singles rather than fly out that night. The block is not split.
• Nights either side, from 4 September and until 26 September, are quoted per night with a three-night minimum. Useful for links golf at Lahinch and Ballybunion or a Kerry loop before or after the matches.
• Two-week stay: the Ryder Cup block plus six nights before or after, quoted as one stay.

Outside those dates the homes are on Airbnb at their normal rates.

No. General admission tickets sold out through the official ballot in summer 2026. Official ticket-inclusive travel packages and hospitality remain available from rydercup.com and its authorised operators. We can accommodate you whichever route you take, and we will never ask about tickets as a condition of booking.

There is no spectator parking at Adare Manor. You drive 35 minutes to an official park-and-ride site and take the shuttle, or take a taxi or bus to Limerick Colbert for the official Train & Ride. We do not run shuttles ourselves. Bus and train timetables, booking links and taxi numbers are on this site and in the house folder. Full details on the Getting There page.

Full refund less a €250 administration fee if you cancel 180 or more days before arrival. 50% refund between 180 and 90 days. Inside 90 days the booking is non-refundable, though if we re-let the dates we refund what we recover. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers event cancellation.

If the Ryder Cup is officially postponed, your booking moves to the new dates at the same price. If it is cancelled outright and you no longer wish to travel, we refund all payments in full. This is written into the rental agreement.

Yes. Harbour View House and Boru Walk Townhouse are a few doors apart in the same lakeside village at Kincora Harbour. Booked together they sleep twelve with six bathrooms between them. Ask for a quote for both.

Yes, a refundable deposit held by card pre-authorisation and released within seven days of departure. The amount is listed under each house.

No. We rent the houses and keep this site and the house folder accurate: the official park-and-ride and train options, local bus and rail timetables, taxi numbers, restaurants and golf courses. Bookings for all of those are yours to make directly. September 2027 tee times at Lahinch and Ballybunion will go a year ahead, so start early.

Ireland's national short-term letting register opens in December 2026 and every listing must show its registration number from the end of that month. Ours will appear in the footer of this site as soon as it is issued.
